Agile Project Management Framework a.k.a APM, is a modern agile framework that can cover the entire lifecycle of a project. It was first introduced in the book "Agile project management – creating innovative products" written by Mr. Jim Highsmith. The APM framework is defined as a series of phases that takes a project from an initial vision to the final delivery. In this context there are five different phases of Agile Project Management framework that occurs within a product development.
