She is Scrum Alliance CSPO Certified professional with over 13 years of experience in mapping business analysis, business requirements and project management. She is playing the role of Agile coach by spreading Agile at a multi-team level and throughout the organization. She is also involved in integrating Agile teams or departments within the wider processes of a predominantly non-Agile company. She has expertise in in leading multiple projects and managing the development teams through the development life-cycle using Agile methodologies. Her proficiency is in procedures for change management in system operations entailing mapping business processes and studying workflow to design solutions, ensuring business functionality adherence.
