Capstone Project Overview

You will gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end product management process, from identifying a core user problem to defining a product vision and north star metric. You will learn to create a strategic roadmap, define an MVP by interviewing potential customers to identify opportunities. The project will culminate in a functional prototype, a detailed PRD, user story maps, and a launch brief, all validated by peer review and your course instructor.
